contratei por engano

Ontem efetuei a contratação por engano do plano Bronze do Jotform, na verdade queria ver quanto ficaria em Reais, mas após eu inserir os dados do meu cartão, a contratação foi efetuada. Gostaria de cancelar essa contratação.
