Google Sheet Integration: How to include the comments added on approval flow sent to the Spreadsheet?

Fiz um formulário onde preciso que um colaborador da minha empresa tome uma ação ou mande a tarefa para outro colaborador, mas pra isso ele precisa responder o e-mail e justificar sua ação

Acontece que ao tentar registrar os dados em uma planilha eu não estou conseguindo ter acesso a essas respostas.
Como eu poderia acessa-las e armazena-las?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your concern, can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you perhaps referring to the Spreadsheet in your GoogleSheet integration that requires to request for access? If so, I went ahead and checked your Spreadsheet and I can see that it's restricted, this is why you can't view it. To fix this, you need to either ask the person who handles the Spreadsheet to share it with you or change the General access to Anyone with the link.

O fluxo é o seguinte:

- Um cliente chega na loja e não encontra um determinado produto, ele vai até um QRCode gerado por um formulário que criamos no Jotform.

Nesse formulário o usuário informa um ou mais produtos que não encontrou na nossa loja.

Após enviado, um email chega para um colaborador da minha empresa responsável pelos produtos. Ali ele me diz se consegue repor o produto ou se o pedido deve ser feito

SE SIM: Ele responde o e-mail dizendo que sim e o que ele fez para repor

SE NÃO: Um outro e-mail é enviado para a equipe de compras e eles informam com quem foi feita a compra e data de entrega.

Meu problema é:

Tenho acesso a todas as informações do formulário, menos essas explicações sobre como meus colaboradores fizeram para repor o produto na loja atraves do email.

Queria ESSE campo para colocar no Excel

Thanks for getting back to us. Just to confirm, do you want to include the comments added to the Approval page in the Google Sheets integration? If so, unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. Please take note that when you integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet, it will send the data to the integrated sheet as soon as the form is submitted. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
