My form is saying form over quota even after deleting some submissions

Como conseguimos libertar espaço para novos uploads? Não temos necessidade de aumentar o pacote mas preciso de libertar espaço.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

In order to free up upload space in your account, it's important to permanently delete attachments or submission data from your forms. Let me show you to do that:

• In your form's table, click on one of your submission's attachment data.
• Upon clicking, there will be two buttons that will appear. The download button and the trash icon.
• Click on the download button to save the file to your computer.
• Then click on the trash icon to delete it permanently.

When I checked your account, I see that your usage is now below your limits so I've gone ahead and restored your forms. They are active again and can receive submissions.
