informação do formulario anterior nao aparece no formulario seguite

Ola, eu preciso criar um formulario que inicia com alguns inputs manuais e posteriormente vai para outra pessoa adicionar mais informacoes. As informacoes do primeiro formulario devem ser carregadas no segunda. Utilizei a correlacao entre os formularios conforme o print abaixo, porem o segundo formulario nao tras as infos esperadas. Preciso de ajuda para entender como fazer isso

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your forms but couldn't find the Prefill setup between them. Prefilling your form using another form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Form Prefill.
3. Select the form you want to prefill from, then choose the fields from which you want to take data.
4. Click on Save Settings, and that’s it.
