LEGALIZAÇÃO DOS CONTRATOS DIGITAIS

Boa noite,

Gostava de saber se é legal apresentar estes contratos a pessoas ou empresas para assinarem comigo um termo de pagamento.

Sei que não devia perguntar isto mas achei que seria bom receber uma resposta específica da própria plataforma pois assim não terei margem para erro.

Gostava de saber se eu tenho de estar legalizado ou fiduciado a alguma coisa para conseguir fazer um contrato destes com outra pessoa. Procurava também saber se houver algum dia algum problema estes mesmos poderão ser usados contra mim ou a meu favor em tribunal.
