    Prezados, boa tarde!

    Estou tentando acessar meu perfil no jotform, porém esqueci a senha e não consigo redefinir pois não estou recebendo e-mail no departamentopessoal@colegiocene.com, que é o e-mail cadastrado na plataforma.

    Como devo proceder nesta situação?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you aren't seeing the verification email in your inbox then I suggest whitelisting noreply@jotform.com, which is the address the email comes from. Add this address to your contacts in your email client, then try resetting your password again and keep an eye out for the email. If after trying this and waiting a while you still don't get the email, let us know and we can try something else.
