O botão Salvar não envia mensagem para o email configurado

    Recentemente, ao clicar no botão Salvar, é enviado uma mensagem para email da conta.

    Até semana retrasada o destinatário do email era informado em um campo do próprio formulário.

    O link do form é https://form.jotform.com/230655804750658

    Houve alguma alteração no funcionamento desta opção? Tem como reverter?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you explain a bit more about what is happening when the user saves his submission? Is he unable to access his saved draft anymore using the link from the email he received? If this is the case, can you share the saved draft link that is not working? But if I misunderstood your question and you're referring to something else, can you explain a bit more about it and provide a screenshot if possible where the issue can be seen?

    By the way, if the recipient is not receiving the email anymore after he saves his submission, please ask him to check his Spam/Junk folder to see if the email was sent there instead.

    I cloned and tested your form and I was able to receive the saved draft email after I saved my submission. Below is a screenshot of the email I received.

    Can you confirm if the affected user who is not receiving the email is logged in to a Jotform account or not when he saved his submission? And is this issue happening to all users who saved their submissions on the form?

    Hello, when the user clicked on the Save button, they had the option to enter the email address where they wanted to receive the draft. Now, when clicking on save, the email is automatically sent to the account's address (recursos.lmic@pbh.gov.br). Is it possible to revert back to the way it was before?

    Hi Smcfmc,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The reason the autosave is sending the draft to your email address is that you are logged into your Jotform account. The Save and Continue feature picks your account email address automatically, while if someone without any Jotoform account tries to save a draft, the draft will be sent out to the email address they have used on the form, or they will see the option to fill the email field. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    You can also test your live form in incognito mode or on a different browser where you are not logged into your Jotform account, and you will see the option to sign up or use an email address.
