    Bom dia!

    Gostaria de cancelar minha assinatura premium dentro do período de teste de 7 dias. Não estou encontrando esta opção dentro da plataforma. Agradeço a ajuda.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the account you used to open this ticket, and I can that it is under a Guest account. If you are referring to another account, can you please share the email address or username so we can look into it? If you forgot those details, you may provide us with any form URL on that account or the website where the form is embedded for us to locate the account.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hello Maria,

    To add with what I have said above, here's how you can cancel your account's subscription:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue canceling your plan.
