    Hi Lucca,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Just to clarify, are you referring to adding the chart that you have mentioned to the form Tables page? If yes, this is not possible but if you would like to view your submission data via Chart in Tables, you can create a new tab using Reports. Here's how to do it:

    • In Tables, click on Add Tab.
    • Click on Reports and then click on Next.
    • Select the correct form and then click on Next.
    • Select your preferred Report Type and then click on Next.

    Hello!
It’s fine, we can try and find a solution in English.
I’ll explain what I’m trying to do and you can check if that’s possible, ok?
So, I’m Building an assessment using jotform. Based on the answers of the assessment on jotform, I will fill out an external spreadsheet, that’s gonna use the data to create a chart.
My question is: is it possible to do all the Steps above without using an external spreadsheet?
Ideally, jotform would collect the data on the assessment and create a specific chart. The informations on the chart would be, for example:
I have 10 questions, all answered with “yes” or no. If the first five are answered yes, the result of the assessment is gonna be “Level 1”. If all questions are answered with “yes”, “Level 2”. The chart would present this information.
I hope I made myself clear. Thanks for the support 😊

    Hi Lucca,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a Visual Report with conditional logic. The Visual Report is created using all the submission data of the form. We can only use conditional logic to show/hide form elements. For more information about conditional logic, check out this guide.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
