Recuperar dados excluídos

Olá.

Meu formulário continha alguns dados importantes como nome, e-mail e telefone.

Tentei fazer uma modificação para integrar ao trello, então substitui os elementos "nome", "e-mail" e "telefone" pelo elemento "pergunta multilinhas".

Embora haja aviso sobre a perda dos dados, eu imaginei que os dados em questão seriam os de configuração do elemento.

Eu tenho os PDFs que recebi no e-mail, mas gostaria de desfazer e manter os dados como estavam.

Tentei baixar os dados armazenados mas eles ficam extremamente confusos.

Haveria a possibilidade de reverter todas as modificações feitas antes da inserção desse "pergunta multilinhas" e recuperar esses dados inseridos nos elementos "nome", "e-mail" e "telefone" ?

Now, let me help you with your question. As I understand you want to revert the changes you made in your form. We have an easy way to do that. Let me show you how:

In Form Builder.
Click on all save changes on the upper part of the form page.

Then, a prompt will show on the right side of your screen.
On here, you can view the changes you made to your form. Click on the changes that you want to revert.
