Estou tentando sincronizar um campo de anexo com o airtable mas o campo não aparece na lista

Criei o formulário e tem um pergunta para anexar arquivo. Estou tentando criar a integração com o airtable e todos os campos aparecem para linkar com o Airtable menos a pergunta dos arquivos anexos.

Já tentei limpar o cache mas nada funciona.

Alguma dica?

Now, let me help you with your question. I'd like to clarify that our integration with Airtable supports the file upload field. I checked your screenshot and it seems you're trying to map the Attachment column from Airtable to your form, but I'm not sure which integration tool you're using. In our Airtable Integration, the Attachment column from Airtable can be mapped with the File Upload field from Jotform. Therefore, the Documento column can be mapped with the Upload de Arquivos field. I also tested this in the clone of your form and I am able to select the file upload field as shown in this screenshot:

Please follow this guide on how to integrate your form with Airtable.

I did exactly as you showed but the Upload your file field form does not
show in the list. I am setting the integration with aritable directly from
Jotform

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Syncing uploaded files can be synced with AirTable. We just need to disable the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

• Login to your Jotform account.
• Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
• In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
• On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.

I did what you told but still the field does not show up in the airtable
integration part. The upload a file field from Jotform is not showing

On your Airtable fields, are you trying to match the document field to the upload field in Jotform?

Can I ask what type of field is the Documento field?
