Alterações - Planilha google integrada

Em um dos nossos formulários, criamos integração com planilha google. Mas, não estão indo para a planilha os dados.

Acredito que seja porque após a criação da planilha, eu editei, acrescentando uma coluna que será preenchida sem integração e diminuí as letras dos titulos das colunas que tem dados migrados pelo jotform. O problema é este? Não posso alterar?

Now, let me help you with your question. Have you recently updated the form or made changes directly to the integrated Spreadsheet? Please note that if you change the form (add/remove/change a question) or the spreadsheet directly, the integration can break.

To fix this, you will need to remove the integration and add it again. A new spreadsheet will be created and all the submissions will be synced. You can also check this guide on How to Integrate Forms with Google Sheets.

Eu alterei a planilha sim, eu acrescentei mais duas colunas, que eu gostaria de preenche-las manualmente.

Ou seja, eu gostaria de usar a planilha de forma manual também, preenchendo duas colunas, mas parece que está quebrando a integração.

É possível manter a integração fazendo colocando dados de forma manual em outras colunas?

Thanks for getting back to us. We suggest not altering or manually modifying the Sheet used in the Google Sheets integration used by the form. Manually altering the Sheet used by Google Sheet integration can cause disconnection, broken submissions, and the integration feature not working properly.

The workaround you can do is to add/use instead a separate Sheet in the Google integration where you can do your manual alteration of the submission data. You can just import the data from the Google Submission Sheet to the sheet you created manually.
