Como permitir o acesso às imagens enviadas?

Boa tarde, gostaria de saber como permitir que as pessoas que respondem os formulários possam ver arquivos enviados, como imagens. Ao receber o e-mail de confirmação de envio é possível ver o link para as imagens enviadas, no entanto, ao clicar o usuário é levado para uma página inexistente. Como permitir que os mesmos visualizem esses dados?

Now, let me help you with your question. To allow others to view the uploaded file, you'll need to change the Security settings in your account. Let me show you how:

1. Click on your avatar at the top right corner of the page
2. Choose the Security Settings
3. Uncheck the box in Require log-in to view uploaded files.
