Notification Email: The last field value of the form did not show in the email.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having problems with the Notification Email. I cloned your form to test it and I easily replicated the issue. But when I remove the Notification email and then add it back, that solves the problem. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Let me help you do that: 

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

• While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

• Next, select Notification Email.

• Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues with having these fields appear in your Notification Email. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. I re-added the form fields that were not appearing. Here's how the email looks after re-adding these:

It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange banner.
2. Now, click on Emails.
3. Hover over the notification email and click on the pencil icon.
4. Then, scroll down to the field that needs fixed and highlight the information in the curly brackets {}.
5. With that information highlighted, click on the blue +Form Fields button.
6. Next, select the corresponding field from the drop-down menu.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for any additional fields that aren't being sent over correctly.
