    Hello Farm_Life,

    Thanks for getting back to us. To my understanding, you are asking for details about your subscription with Jotform. Upon checking, you have purchased a monthly Silver Plan. Jotform's subscriptions are recurring, meaning they will automatically renew on the next billing date. In your case, it would be every 19th of the month. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, you can cancel it and downgrade back to Starter Plan.

    Hi Farma_Vitae, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to cancel your subscription and go back to the Starter plan:

    1. Login to your Jotform account, click on your Profile Picture, and click on Settings.
    2. Click on the Billing tab and click the Change Plan button.
    3. Select the Starter plan.
    4. A pop-up window will provide additional information about the downgrade. Follow the instructions to proceed with canceling your subscription and go back to Starter plan account.
