How to add another user to the account and collaborate

Olá pessoal, tudo bem?

Eu criei um usuário no Jotform há um tempo e mais de uma pessoa acessava aqui na empresa, considerando que há áreas que se envolvem com a confecção de forms e outras na extração e uso das informações recebidas.

Nas últimas semanas, percebemos que houve alguma mudança no acesso, em que sempre que uma pessoa se conecta, ela precisa validar a conexão por meio de um código de 6 dígitos que chega no e-mail principal da conta (no caso o meu) e desconecta demais usuários nesse processo.

Houve alguma mudança na forma de acesso ao Jotform nos últimos tempos? Há como ajustar isso, talvez criando "usuários" dentro da conta principal? O que recomendam?

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you referring to the verification code? These verification codes are triggered when other devices are logging on your account to verify that the user logging in is the real owner. Please do not share your login credentials with other individuals as this is not allowed on the Terms of use. Our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver and Gold) are individual, single user plans only and only 1 user is allowed to log in to the account. 

If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control.

If you want to allow another user to edit the form, you can add the user as a collaborator on the form. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to disable the account verification codes. In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others. To reset your password follow the steps here.
