    Obrigada, Vivian

    Hi Vivian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. When you integrate your form with a Google Sheets spreadsheet, the form automatically maps the form fields to the columns in the spreadsheet based on the field names. If you're referring to changing the titles of the fields in the form, it might not recognize the mapping correctly, and the data might not appear in the desired columns.

Similarly, if you change the titles of the columns in the Google Sheets spreadsheet after integration, the form may not be able to find the corresponding columns for each form field, and this can lead to data not being properly integrated.

To avoid issues with data integration, it's essential to keep the field names and column titles consistent between the form and the Google Sheets spreadsheet. If you need to change the column titles in the spreadsheet, it's best to do so before integrating the form, or you may need to create a new integration with the updated column titles.

Please keep in mind that whatever type of modifications are done to the original sheet may cause the integration to break. So it is better to either duplicate the sheet or you can just import the Sheet data used in the integration to another spreadsheet. You can use the Google Docs Import Range function to have a copy of data to another sheet.

Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.
