Criação de um formulario com subformulario

Olá,

Tenho uma demanda e gostaria de saber se consigo com a ferramenta de vocês criar um formulario que contenha um subformulario.

Preciso fazer uma eleição e preciso cadastrar a entidade e cada entidade irá cadastrar suas chapas e seus candidatos.

Caso eu consiga fazer isso no subformulario tenho interesse em contratar a ferramenta de vocês

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add 'subforms' to a form. You can embed external forms into a form using the Iframe Embed widget, however, that will place a separate form (not a subform) into the current form. You can also add links that will route a user to an external form.

Alternatively, you can use the form conditions to hide certain fields in your form, and then based on the answers entered into the form, you can show those fields. For example, if you have a question that asks How many doors? You can create a condition that will show the questions for the number of doors that are entered.
