Divergencia entre edição do formulário e publicação

Encontramos divergências entre os elementos na tela de edição do formulário, com a publicação do mesmo.
Estão aparecendo elementos que não aparecem na tela de edição, configurações:

Thanks for patiently waiting. I checked your form 232052947782664 and found that you are using conditions for the check box options which means the options will be visible once the condition meets. See the screenshot below showing conditions on the checkbox field:

As an additional measure, I have cleared the form cache for you to avoid any temporary cache issues. Can you try it again after clearing your browser cache or try on a different browser or device and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you share some screenshots highlighting the element which is not in the edit mode but you can see in the published version of the form so we can investigate it further?
