Difference between total submission storage and upload space

Olá, gostaria de saber a diferença entre o armazenamento e o espaço total que é evidenciado nos planos (conforme imagem abaixo) pois estou com dúvidas se posso armazenar informações ilimitadas ou apenas 100GB
