Estou com problema para baixar os dados do link Jot form em excel.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and saw that you have only one form, but there are no submissions or fields associated with that form.

Can you please share the form URL with us that you're having issues with so that we can investigate it? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Obrigada pelo retorno. porém quando eu peço para fazer o download não carrega os dados. Eu não consigo te enviar print detalhado porque o jot form não está carregando os dados hoje. ontem até estava.
