PDF NÃO ESTÁ CHEGANDO NO EMAIL

Bom dia, ao tentar baixar algumas respostas do formulário: https://form.jotform.com/231944895429673

Aparece uma mensagem dizendo que foi concluido o download e que irá chegar no email, porém faz dois dias que tentamos e nenhum email chega com os PDFS.

In response to your question, I'm sorry you are having issues with this. Can you please check if the email is in the spam or junk folder? Also, please try downloading the PDFs in the PDF Editor and see if it makes a difference.

If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Thanks for getting back to us on this. I recommend whitelisting noreply@jotform.com, which is the address the emails will be coming from. If you add that address to your contacts or whitelist in your email client that should allow the emails to come through.
