Checklist widget: How to require all the options to be selected?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want all the options to be required and selected by the user. Unfortunately, this feature in the Checklist widget is currently not available in Jotform at the moment. You replace the checklist widget with Multiple Choice and set an Entry Limit into a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 3 options that the user can select. Check out the steps and screencasts below to see how it's done.

1. Go to Add Form Element menu.

2. Drag and drop the Multiple Choice element to your form.

3. Click the gear icon to open the properties.

4. On the General tab, toggle on the Required button.

5. Go to the Options tab and add the options.

6. Go to the Surveying tab and toggle on the Entry Limits and set the minimum entry to 3.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
