    Estamos com problemas para outras pessoas terem acesso aos nossos formulários, ele consta como cancelado.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. Could you please send us the URL of the form so that we can double-check it? This guide you will you. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Hi hautimoveis,

    Thanks for getting back to us. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email notifications. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully. You can also set up SMTP as a sender email. Let me show you how:

    • Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
    • Click on the Add Sender Email button.

    • Enter the following information:
    • Email Address: {your email address}
    • Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
    • Port: 587
    • Username: {your Gmail address}
    • Password: {your Gmail or app-specific password}
    • Security Protocol: TLS

    • When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.
