Quando libera o limite de respostas mensais?

    Ola bom dia, atingi meu limite de respostas mensais, porem hoje caiu na minha fatura a renovacao, quando meu limite sera reestabelecido?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and I can verify that you reached your monthly submission limit. Keep in mind that this will reset every first of the month so it should be on August 1st. If you want to have more space for this month, you will need to upgrade your account to a higher plan.

    Hi Joram, If my contract period id my date purchase at 24th, This should renew at least +1 business day of my period. Have no sense to renew at August 1st, An upgrade is not an option I will use one one form and for next month the agenda is to use more 700 submissions and job done.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having an issue with this. Keep in mind that the reset of the account's monthly limit does not depend on the subscription renewal. This means that if you upgraded on the 24th, the monthly limit resets on the 1st of the following month. This is the standard for all accounts. You may also check this link to get more information about account usage and limits.

    I suggest that you upgrade your account for now and then downgrade next month when it resets. You may request a refund as long as the payment is within 30 days.

    Could you at least request the refund of the payment that I made today, Because is double payed for the same account same period monthly period
