Anexo não está sendo enviado no e-mail

Bom dia.

Não estou conseguindo configurar para enviar o PDF por e-mail.

Chega o e-mail do envio, mas sem o pdf.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form (232023785785059), and it appears that your PDF file size is more than 5 MB. Please keep in mind that PDFs can't be sent to email if the size is more than 5 MB. Check out my screencast below:

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the PDF attachment's file size limit cannot currently be increased in the email notification. The maximum size allowed within your Form Builder cannot be changed because the email system controls the attachment file size. Currently, we are using the AWS SES, which has a total size restriction, to send the emails. The maximum size for attachments is 5 MB.

This was done to increase the email service's dependability. Emails associated with the submission will not include attachments if the combined size of the attachments exceeds 5 MB. Utilizing the links provided in your email notification or on your submission page, you can still download the files that are attached.

Além disso, por favor, informe-me se ficou claro o que meu colega explicou sobre o limite de 5mb em anexos do e-mail. Como informado, o limite de 5mb para arquivos anexados é padrão para todos os planos.

Ficou sim claro sobre o 5MB. Uma pergunta: Existe alguma outra alternativa? Pergunto porque migramos do Goformz para o Jotform porque o Jot tem algumas ferramentas de fluxo, aprovação, etc, que eram muito difíceis no Goformz. Mas isto nos pegou de supresa, porque nossos tecnicos ficam em campo, e precisam enviar relatorios com muitas fotos, que vão ultrapassar este limite.

Agradeço pelo retorno. Não há outra forma de enviar como anexo, no entanto, quando esse limite é ultrapassado, a Jotform disponibiliza no próprio e-mail um link para download dos arquivos. Apesar de os arquivos não estarem disponível como anexo, o link do download permite baixar a imagem para visualização da mesma forma.

Tu pode me explicar um pouco mais o fluxo de trabalho de vocês para que eu posso pensar em algumas soluções que talvez venham facilitar ou até melhorar o processo? Tu consegue baixar as imagems atualmente ou tem problemas para baixá-las?
