    Boa tarde,

    Quando alguém preenche o nosso formulário "Seja Nosso Autor", as respostas estão chegando duplicadas no e-mail. Não encontrei nenhum lugar para ajustar isso.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. You are receiving duplicate submissions if your form is being submitted again. The form will be submitted again if the user reopens their browser while the submit page link is still active.

    To prevent this, add a captcha field in your form to prevent it from being submitted multiple times. The Captcha field will require an action from the user to move forward.

    You can also set unique submissions so that they can only submit the form once. Here's how to do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
    3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Check cookies and IP Address dropdown menu.
