How to conditionally pass field values to another form?

no nosso serviço ao cliente preenchemos um formulário de pedido de entrega em backoffice, no entanto, é depois necessário que o cliente preencha e assine o resumo do pedido/encomenda. It is possible to pass the values of some fields to another form; there are a number of ways to achieve that; can you please share more details about your use case? Do you want the form responders to be redirected to the second form conditionally? If yes, you can use the Change Thank You Page conditional logic, and the URL you'll use should include URL queries to extract data from the second form. This guide will show you how to generate a URL to use.

If that's not exactly what you're looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

creio que a nossa necessidade é um pouco diferente.
Ou seja, a nossa equipa quando recebe um pedido preenche em backoffice todas as informações necessárias ao aluguer de um determinado material. Para este efeito eles preenchem inicialmente este formulário:  https://form.jotform.com/231982128557363.

O objetivo é que depois o cliente possa assinar as condições num tablet e aí precisamos de ter as informações preenchidas pelo nosso backoffice neste formulário: https://form.jotform.com/232014467955358

Thanks for patiently waiting. You can use the Tables prefill to prefill the information from a previously submitted form to another form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top.
• Click on Prefill on the left menu, then select Tables Prefill.

Thanks for getting back to us. You will have to send a prefilled form link to the filler. Once a form is submitted on the first form, then you can select the submission in the tables prefill. Let me show you how:

• Select the Tables Prefill on the second form, then you can select the Table of the first form.
• You can select the tab in your tables, then match the fields to your second form.

Once the fields are matched, you can then create a prefill and select the submission data you want to pass to the second form:

The prefilled form can now be sent as an invitation, or copy the URL and send it out to fill out:
