    Hi Adriano,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Since you did not intend to upgrade your account to a paid subscription and your most recent payment is still within 30 days. Your subscription has been canceled and reverted to the Starter plan (free). Also, I requested a $39 refund to the card used, which will be credited back to the card within 5-7 business days.
