Thanks for reaching out to Jotforrm Support. The screenshot looks like it's a Spreadsheet to form widget. Can you confirm if this is happening to your SOLICITAÇÃO DE PAGAMENTO form? I've cloned and tested the form to replicate the issue, but the widget seems to be updating. See the screencast below:

Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies? I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data. Also, please try using a different browser or device to see if it works. Updating your device may also help improve performance.
