    olá, não estamos recebendo os e-mails quando os clientes preenchem o formulário.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form email logs and I do show that the notification emails are being sent. Checking the Notification Emails for your form or viewing your form email history is easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
    2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
    3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    I would recommend checking your spam folder or reaching out to your email administrator if you are not finding your emails.

    Olá, fiz testes e não está chegando os emails, nem mesmo na pasta de spam, até dia 19 estávamos recebendo normalmente.

    Hi Claudinei_Menegotto,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The most common fix to this issue is deleting your current Notification Email and adding it back. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the left side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the notification setting.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    • While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on + Add an Email.

    • Next, select Notification Email.
    • Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    Once done, please do a test submission on your form and see how it goes. You may also visit our guide on Why Am I Not Receiving Email Notifications. It's also possible to check the emails being sent from your Jotform account through the history section of your account.
