Jotform App: Visual issues and takes too long to be submitted

    Prezados, boa tarde!

    Tenho um app criado Pré-Cadastro onde coloquei alguns formulários e eles estão com alguns problemas sistêmicos:

    • erro no plugin de fotografia
    • tive que retirar a assinatura pois ela parou de funcionar e carregar o formulário
    • a área de compras com letras gigantes ou sumindo, não sendo responsiva
    • demora muito grande no envio do formulário preenchido

    Poderiam me auxiliar nessa demanda?

    O formulário controle de amostra também apresenta erros, não consigo enviar ele nem pelo celular nem pelo computador, conforme imagem:

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with the issues on your form. When I cloned your form and added it to my Jotform app, I didn't encounter any issues. Check out the screencast of my test below:

    Can you share the link to your app? In the meantime, I've cleared the cache on your forms. Can you also clear your browser's cache and try again?

    Hi Ana,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand the issue correctly, you are unable to submit the Formulário de amostra form when using a mobile or computer. I was able to replicate the issue, the reason for this is that you set a minimum purchase amount of 50 BRL when your products are Free. To fix the issue, you will need to delete the minimum purchase amount. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Product List and click on the Wand Icon.
    2. Under the Products tab, click on Settings.

    As for the other issue like the photo plugin and giant letters, I can't seem to replicate this. It would help us understand if you can share the link to your app where these forms are added.
