Campo de múltipla escolha está retornando sem valor

Realizei a integração do formulário com o Bitrix24 e tem um campo que está retornando "array" e este campo ele é de múltipla escolha, no caso é que poderia selecionar mais de 1 opção. Mas ele não retorna o valor correto de acordo com o que foi selecionado.
