    Prezado(a) responsável pelo atendimento,

    Gostaria de solicitar o cancelamento da assinatura que fiz recentemente, pois acabei percebendo que o valor estava em dólares e não estava ciente disso no momento da contratação. Diante dessa situação, gostaria de saber qual é o procedimento correto para efetuar o cancelamento e solicitar o estorno do valor.

    Agradeço antecipadamente pela atenção e aguardo as orientações necessárias para resolver essa questão.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with the cancellation of your subscription. As requested, we have canceled the subscription and issued a full refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.
