    I’m really sorry that this is happening. Could you provide us the Form Title or Form URL of your forms so that we could check them on our end? When I check on your account, your most recent forms, AUTORIZAES EM GERAL, VISTORIA DE LOJAS, and NEGOCIAO COMERCIAL, are all blank forms; no form elements have been added to the form yet. Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that or take a video using Loom.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
