How to automatically send PDF to WhatsApp on form submission?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to send the PDF report to a WhatsApp recipient automatically. However, it's possible to send the PDF through email.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle PDF Attachment to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

It's also possible to add a download PDF button on the thank you page so your customers can download it at the time of submission. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on Thank You Page.
3. Click on the green Action Buttons button, and then select Download PDF.
4. Select PDF Document, and then click on Create. That's it.
