Now, let me help you with your question. We had an issue earlier about the file upload not transmitted over the tables page as well as an error when a submission is attempted. Our Developers have confirmed that the issue had been fixed.
I have cleared your Form cache for you, this helps fix minor issues on your form. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
