I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in the Portuguese language, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response. Let me walk you through how to cancel the subscription:
- Click on your avatar.
- Select Settings.
- Go to the Billing section.
- Click on the Change Plan button.
- Click on the Downgrade button underneath Starter(Free).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Canceling the subscription by following the steps above will not cancel the plan immediately; the cancelation will take effect at the end of the paid period, effectively preventing automatic renewal.

Sure, you can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
