Inbox: Missing uploaded files

    Olá. boa tarde.

    Constatamos que , recentemente e sem nenhuma razão aparente, os formulários enviados pelos nossos clientes não possuem mais imagens, sendo que há um campo obrigatório da plataforma para a inclusão de imagens. O campo " Foto do documento" está em branco, sem nenhuma imagem anexada.

    Acreditamos que isso se trate de um bug na plataforma.

    Gostariamos de uma solução para este problema.

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I'll be using a translation tool to provide help. If you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we'll transfer you over to our Portuguese Team. Keep in mind though that it may take longer to receive a response.

    As for you file upload issue, we'll need to more details so that we can investigate. Is this happening for every submission or is it only on some of them? What platform are your user submitting the form? It would also be helpful if we had your form's URL. We can clone your form to try and reproduce the issue. I checked your account and couldn't find any forms.

    Once we hear back from you, we can continue with our investigation.

    Hi zprofit,

    We're really sorry for the trouble caused to you. We earlier had a backend issue that caused the files uploaded not to be seen in Tables/Inbox. Our developers, however, have fixed this immediately so you can access the uploaded files again.
