Olá!
Estou tentando concluir um cadastro no formulário, porem ao finalizar o preenchimento, informa para anexar novamente as fotos dos campos que ja havia anexo.

However, please note that it may take longer to get a response. As for the Incomplete Values error, I cloned and tested your form but couldn't replicate the issue; as seen in the screencast below, the form was successfully submitted without any errors:
I cleared your form caches just in case the issue is caused by a minor glitch. You may also want to consider clearing your browser caches, testing the form from a private browser(incognito mode), using another browser, or, if possible, trying the form on another device and see if the issue persists.
