Some form fillers are not receiving the conditioned autoresponder emails

    Boa tarde!
    Me chamo Carlos e tenho encontrado uma dificuldade do uso do Jotform.

    Na conta saes.professionalservices.com temos, entre outros, um formulário chamado SAES Professional Services.
    Nesse form, o cliente informa seus dados incluindo seu e-mail. Após submeter o formulário o cliente recebe um e-mail com informações sobre o serviço de seu interesse.
    Problema:
    O e-mail é enviado para algumas contas e, para outras não é enviado.
    Faço teste com dois e-mails meus, por exemplo, um deles é gmail e não recebo e-mail, no outro que não é gmail recebo.
    O mesmo acontece com outro colaborador da SAES, no seu e-mail gmail não recebe, mas no seu e-mail pessoal, não gmail, ele recebe a mensagem do Jotform.
    Há alguma restrição que eu deva verificar no Jotform, ou no gmail?

    Hi Alessandra,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Can you provide us with the email addresses which are not receiving the Autoresponder emails? Could you please ask those affected email addresses to check their Spam/Junk folder in case the emails have landed there? When you try to make a test submission does it work?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi!

    First: The email used was canunes2409@gmail.com. The message sent by Jotform is not received and is not in spam or any other folder.

    Second: Note that if you use my other email carlos@abcgerenciamentovirtual.com and using the same answers in the same Jotform form, the message after the submit arrives successfully.

    Hello Alessandra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked our email logs and I have 1 result that was sent from saes.professionalservices@gmail.com to canunes2409@gmail.com dated 2023-07-14 at 14:02:46. If this is the email that you're referring to, it was successfully sent on Jotform's end. Can you please try sending again to the canunes2409@gmail.com email address so that we can check on the email logs once more?

    Hi!

    Despite the Jotform log confirming the sending of the email, the message does not arrive in the account canunes2409@gmailcom nor in other tests that we did with gmail. Is there any chance that gmail blocks the receipt of messages from the saes.professionalservices@gmail.com account? For other email accounts (not gmail) the message is received normally.

    Hi Alessandra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked these emails, and it appears that they were all sent from Jotform.  Notification Emails for your form or viewing your form email history. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
    2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
    3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    Can you please check your trash or spam folder? Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email notifications. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.

    Hi!
    The only way to get e-mail sending working again for all e-mail accounts was to change the sender e-mail from saes.professionalservices@gmail.com to noreply@jotform.com.

    Hello Alessandra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Can you give us permission to do a test submission on your form and see if we can replicate the issue?

    Once we have your permission, we'll be able to test further.
