Não estou conseguindo acessar minha conta

    Olá, boa tarde!


    Realizei a aquisição do plano bronze, fiz o cancelamento e solicitei o estorno. Depois disso, não consigo mais acessar a minha conta para ver os formulários já criados e as respostas recebidas.

I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in the Portuguese language, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.

    With that being said, let me assist you with your request. The account was disabled because you reached the Space Limit before you made the cancelation of your plan. I have reactivated it as your Space Limit is now back to normal.
