Baixar anexos

Boa tarde,

Estou com problemas ao tentar baixar os anexos de todos os envios do formulário https://form.jotform.com/231485576332662, anteriormente o sistema gerava links para download de no máximo 380 mb, no entanto, ao exportar os anexos do formulário informado foi gerar apenas um link de download de aproximadamente 48gb. Ao tentar realizar o download ele apresenta falha. Já tentei diversas vezes em navegadores diferentes, em redes diferentes e não consigo realizar o download.

Gostaria de saber da possibilidade do retorno dos arquivos menores, algo na casa de 2gb seria o ideal.

Thanks for using Jotform Support. Just so you know, I am using a translation tool. If you'd like to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can transfer you to our Portuguese language team. Just to note, it might take longer to receive support. You can split your attachment downloads from the table to make smaller download files. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the checkbox next to the submissions you'd like to download.
2. Click on the green Download button.
3. Click Download attachments.
4. Download the zip file from your email.
