If so, unfortunately, we do not have Boleto Bancário payment integration yet. Currently, here are the Payment Processor Integrations available. We can forward this to our Developers as a feature request if you want but, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?

I paid by card and my plan has not yet been released and we are unable to use the form here at the gym. How long do we have to use it again? Since it is a credit card, it should enter automatically, as soon as it is debited or released on the card.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that you have tried to make a payment twice, but the credit card was rejected by your bank. The back has returned the error as Issuer Suspected Fraud, this is the reason the payment has not gone through and you are unable to see the subscription in your account. Could you please try to make a payment using a different credit card or contact the credit card company to use the same one?
