Olá, no momento a opção grátis me atende, mas vi que tem um limite de envios de 500, estou com 496, o que significa?
Poso excluir? pois vejo que se refere a armazenamento, não tenho necessidade de armazenar por mais que uns dias.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, I'll help you with your question. Submission Storage is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account. Can also be freed by purging form entries. But, before you delete it, you can download your submissions so you will not lose any data. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
Now that you have downloaded your Submission Data, you can proceed with Deleting your Submissions. Keep in mind that after deleting your submissions, you will need to purge them from the Trash Entries as well. Let me show you how:
- On your Submission Table, click on the Three Vertical Dots beside the name of the tab and click on Trash Entries.
- Then, a box will pop up from the right corner of the page. From that box, tick the box for Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- Confirm the deletion and that's it.
Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.

Thanks for getting back to us. When I checked our system, I see that you still have 498 submissions on your Storage. Please make sure to purge the deleted submissions in the Trash Entries as well. Let me show you:
- On your Submission Table, click on the Three Vertical Dots beside the name of the tab and click on Trash Entries.
- Then, a box will pop up from the right corner of the page. From that box, tick the box for Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- Confirm the deletion and that's it.
