Send out the form with the customer's name filled in and approve

Olá gostaria de saber se é possivel, eu criar um formulario com assinatura onde eu envio para o cliente ele assina salva e depois eu concluo o formulário e envio

Eu gostaria de mandar o formulário já com o nome preenchido do cliente e ele só assinar salvar, depois eu entro no formulário confiro se ele assinou certo, dai sim envio ele para conclusão

Now, let me help you with your question. If you'd like to send out the form with the customer's name filled in, you can prepopulate fields to your form via URL parameters. Check out the screencast below:

Then, you can create an Approval Flow in Jotform. To create an approval flow from the form you’re editing,

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Go to Approval Flows on the left and click Create an approval flow.

After setting the approvals, you can also track the approval in Jotform Tables when a team member submits the form.
