Erro no armazenamento de arquivos

    Olá, Boa tarde!

    Em um formulário existe um campo obrigatório para fazer o upload de arquivos. No entanto, ao longo do dia de hoje os arquivos não estão aparecendo na planilha de respostas nem na caixa de envios, ou seja, está se perdendo informação das submissões realizadas. Como recuperar essas informações e qual o motivo dessa ocorrência?

    With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Are you referring to this form? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. I was able to resolve it by disabling the Reset button option on your Submit element. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select your Submit element and click on the Gear icon to open its properties.
    2. Under Advanced tab, turn OFF the Reset Button.

    As for the uploaded files, can you tell us if you have received them in your email notification?
