COMO CRIAR STATUS DA SITUAÇÃO DO FORMULARIO

Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de criar status para os formulario ja lido e tratado

e tambem gostaria de saber como que a pessoa que enviou o formulario pode ficar acompanhando o estado do tratamento do formulario dela enviado

In response to your question, I'm sorry, but can you explain a bit more so I can get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve? If you are referring to adding a status that the specific form respondent already submitted the form, unfortunately, this is not possible.

A possible workaround to allow the user to keep track of the status of their submitted entry is to contact you (form owner) through the form's Autoresponder Email. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
