Erro no preenchimento do formulário.

Boa tarde, estamos preenchendo todos os campos do formulário, e aparece um erro no final, já aconteceu outras vezes, poderia me ajudar.

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Are you referring to this form? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my result:

Based on the form error, it seems that your "Upload de Arquivos" is the issue as it appears to be required. Can you try to turn ON the Required option of that field and turn it OFF again? Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, select your "Upload de Arquivos" field and click on the Gear icon to open its properties.
2. Under General tab, turn ON the Required option.

After that, turn it OFF again and test your form.
