Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you referring to the email the form filler would receive if their request gets approved or denied? You can customize that in the Email content section found at the email element in the approval flow. Click the envelope icon to be directed to the email settings.
You can customize the email content by clicking on the formatting tools available.
But, if you'd like to restore the default email content for the approval flow, you can delete the current email. And confirm the deletion by clicking the Confirm button in the pop up window.
Then add a new email field on the approval flow. This will provide the default email content.
